UTA Transportation is the school bus operation of United Talmudical Academy Of Monsey, a non-profit school in Rockland County, New York. We carry the school's students to and from school every day, with our own drivers, under New York State Article 19-A and the federal DOT rules for school bus drivers.
We text our own drivers - and nobody else - about federally required DOT drug and alcohol testing and DOT physical examinations. Drivers consent in writing when they sign our drug and alcohol policy. We never send marketing, and we never share anybody's number.
